①Yokohama Iekei Ramen

There is also an owner who has 9 stores nationwide! Anyone can become a franchisor.

At our company, we manufacture the soup concentrate in our central kitchen and provide original Iekei-only noodles. ②Dashi Ramen

In addition to standard soups, they also serve soups that make use of dashi such as “niboshi dashi” and “bonito dashi”.

Making soup at the factory means adjusting the combination of special “dashi” and “kaeshi” for each store. The combination of “dashi” and “kaeshi” makes the reproducibility of taste infinite. Also, by using a factory, the cost of soup naturally falls, and it is possible to provide high-quality soup with a stable taste at a reasonable price.

③Rich Tonkotsu

Even for Tonkotsu soup, which is said to be difficult to maintain a stable taste, the International Ramen Association has precisely adjusted the balance of taste.

It is said that tonkotsu soup is particularly difficult to maintain the same taste because the quality of the tonkotsu used as ingredients varies greatly. We carefully balance the flavors.
